  32. LIMITED MEDIA WARRANTY: Amiga Library Services (ALS) warrants to the original purchaser only, that the storage media 
  33. on which this material is recorded shall be free from defects in material and workmanship only for a period of ninety (90) days 
  34. from the date of original purchase. The duration of any statutorily implied warranty not excluded hereunder shall in no event 
  35. exceed this ninety (90) day period. This warranty does not include defects arising from accident, abuse,or misapplication. If a 
  36. defect covered by this warranty occurs during this 90-day warranty period, and the media is returned to the dealer from whom 
  37. it was acquired not later than five (5) days of the end of such 90-day period, the dealer may at his option replace the storage 
  38. media with new media and return the defective media to ALS for replacement. If the dealer is unable or unwilling to replace 
  39. the defective media under this media warranty, it can be returned directly to ALS for replacement. This warranty gives you spe- 
  40. cific rights, you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied 
  41. warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. DISCLAIMER: EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, THIS MATE-
